COMFORT IS SEXUALITY
It means being comftarble (at ease, relaxed, content, unbothered) with ones own sexual urges and inclinations (with who and what you are sexually attracted to or interested in, with the acts and attributes and personalities and bodies that get you going sexually).

Brafitting
The Role of Bra Straps
A bra has two main purposes:
-
To support the breasts
-
To keep them securely in place
All breasts — regardless of size — have weight.
That weight should be properly distributed between the two key elements of a bra: the band and the straps.
Bra straps are responsible for only about 15–20% of the total support.
That’s why, if your straps are:
-
Digging into your shoulders
-
Causing discomfort
-
Constantly slipping off or needing adjustment
…these are early signs that your bra is either the wrong size/shape for you, or it’s simply worn out and no longer able to do its job.
How to Put On a Bra Properly
A properly selected bra is not only a visual component, but, above all, comfort. So here are some tips on how to “check” the fit of your bra.
The Role of the Bra Band 🙌🏻
In my previous post, I talked about the two main functions of a bra: support and security.
The band is the foundation that makes both possible.
A bra should feel comfortable, without digging in or leaving deep marks on your skin.
But if it feels too loose, it may mean the fabric’s elasticity has significantly worn out.
When that happens, the weight of your breasts is no longer properly distributed between the band and the straps — putting much more strain on your shoulders and spine.
This can lead to:
-
Back pain
-
Deep strap grooves in your shoulders
-
Overall discomfort when wearing your lingerie
How to choose the correct band size:
-
Measure your underbust circumference.
-
When trying on a new bra, always fasten it on the loosest hook setting — this gives you room to tighten it as the fabric stretches over time.
-
If the bra band is made of lace, mesh, or highly elastic microfiber, you may need to choose a larger sister size(more on that in an upcoming post).
