Return and Refund Policy

 

We want you to feel confident and comfortable shopping with LIA STUDIO. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Request Processing

 

Once we receive your request, we will carefully review it and respond within 2 business days.

If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions within up to 5 business days.


Please note:

If the return is due to a change of mind (and not a defect or shipping error), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Proof of shipment must be attached to the return request.

 

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues


We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

 

  • Lingerie and underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Hosiery and stockings

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

 

 

Exchanges


If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to complete a return first.

Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

 

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

 

Refunds

 

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.


If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
