A: We recommend using our Size Guide and consulting with our certified bra fitter for personalized advice. Online or in-person consultations are available.
Q: Can I return or exchange lingerie?
A: For hygienic reasons, lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: In-stock items ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items require 14–21 business days. We ship worldwide (except Russia) via Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Orders over $200 CAD qualify for free shipping.
Q: Are international customs or taxes included?
A: No. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes in their country.
