We’ve added a simple chart to help you find your starting bra size using just two measurements: your bust and your underbust.
The difference between these numbers will determine your cup size.
Why “starting” size?
Because this is just your first step — I’ll be sharing more tips and deeper insights in upcoming posts.
For now, here are a few tips to make your measurements more accurate:
- Wear a bra with a soft cup — no padding, no push-up. It should gently shape and support your breasts without pressing too tightly under the bust.
- When measuring your underbust, keep the measuring tape snug against your body.
- When measuring your bust, the tape should rest lightly — not compressing your breast tissue. Measure across the fullest part of your bust (usually across the nipples).
- In both measurements, make sure the tape is perfectly horizontal and parallel to the floor.
